At Valley View Dermatology, we understand that you have a lot of choices when looking for a dermatologist in Salem. That’s why we offer patients a caring and compassionate clinic that features doctors and physician assistants who provide the very best treatment possible.
We are excited to announce our new South Salem office located at 2521 Boone Rd SE #140 — just across the parking lot from Salem Clinic and Costco.
At Valley View Dermatology, we pledge to treat every patient with the dignity and care they deserve and will make every effort to ensure that all of our patients leave our dermatology clinic feeling that their needs were met and expectations were exceeded.
Valley View Dermatology’s mission is to provide quality health care services that meet the needs and values of our patients. We treat each patient with respect and compassion. Our patient-centered focus achieves the best results for you by offering only the latest and most advanced options in skincare. Our team includes a diverse and talented medical staff that features seven doctors, five physician assistants, three in-house estheticians, and our own pathology lab to provide results as fast as possible. The diversity of our staff provides patients with a wide range of treatment options from an experienced and knowledgeable group of dedicated health care professionals.
We also appreciate that many of our patients lead very busy lives, making it difficult to take time out of their schedules to visit any one of our four offices, hence the desire to open a south Salem location to provide easier access for patients in that area and the lower Willamette Valley. Combined with plenty of available parking, dedicated skincare, insurance support phone lines, and a full line of some of the industry’s best skin care products, these are just some of the ways that at Valley View Dermatology we place the needs of our patients first.
Our experienced providers are joined by several new members of our growing professional team:
Reyna Swift, MD grew up in eastern Washington and attended Willamette University, and has been a part of Valley View Dermatology for over five years. She enjoys seeing patients of any age, gender, ethnicity, and orientation for a broad range of skincare needs. She was initially drawn to the dermatology specialty due to the opportunities it provides to develop long term and collaborative relationships with patients while treating problems in the skin that can be seen and observed by both the patient and the physician.
Ivy Norris, MD is now part of our wonderful team of dermatology providers, joining Valley View Dermatology after completing her fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery at the distinguished Medical University of South Carolina, and practicing for several years in the midwest.
Teresa George, PA joined Valley View Dermatology staff in 2003. In 1999, she earned her degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science in Chicago, IL. Prior, she completed her undergraduate studies at the Clarkson School of Nursing. Teresa is currently a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Oregon Dermatology Society (ODS), the Oregon Medical Association (OMA) and the Marion-Polk County Medical Society. Teresa practices all aspects of medical dermatology.
Jason Ludlow, PA joined Valley View Dermatology in 2022 after completing his Masters of Science, Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from Pacific University. Prior to going to school to receive his MPAS, Jason spent several years traveling to Peru, Chile, Saudi Arabia and Japan teaching ESL. He is excited to be part of the Valley View Dermatology team, and to be putting down roots in the Willamette Valley.
