Although the land was purchased in 2002, the farmstand began taking shape after years of pivoting through economic challenges—including the 2008 recession and the COVID-19 pandemic.

The farm’s name, Paradise Farm & Nursery, reflects Terri and her husband’s shared love of Jimmy Buffett and the dream of a simpler, greener life.

Starting in early May, the farmstand opens with hardy plant starts—perfect for backyard gardeners and homesteaders. As the season progresses, the stand is filled with freshly harvested, naturally grown produce. Thanks to innovative use of wind tunnels, crops are ready earlier than usual, giving customers a head start on summer favorites.
